What happens after I apply?
Every application is reviewed by our team. You'll be notified once a decision is made, and you can sign in to check your status at any time.
Am I committing to a workload?
No. You choose which opportunities to express interest in, based on your expertise and availability. There are no quotas or minimum hours.
How does payment work?
Associates submit invoices and expense claims directly in the platform.
How is AI used, and how is it checked?
We use AI for tasks such as literature reviews, transcript analysis, and survey coding. Every AI workflow includes review steps and human validation. Outputs carry verbatim citations, which makes this process easier. Sensitive data like interview transcripts is stripped from uploaded content in your browser before anything is sent over the internet.
